Winter Weather update

The southern energy has shifted south with the latest model runs and fairly significantly. It also looks like it will be weaker as well as the northern energy is struggling to connect with the southern energy. GFS and NAM are in good agreement on a change over to all snow between 8 and 9:30 PM with snow lasting until after midnight. RUC doesn't have a change over to all snow until after the large majority of precip has moved out. Will stick with the GFS and NAM for now w/ those models in good agreeement.

Chance of rain and sleet until 6. Rain and snow mix until 9. Snow from 9 to 2. Accumulations of around an inch possible.

Potential Winter Weather:

Expect rain most of the Sunday w/ potentially heavy rain at times. A mix of snow and rain could start between 9 PM and Midnight with a change over to all snow beginning after midnight with a chance of light accumulations of up to an inch possible.

The models continue to shift the center of the storm at the surface a bit south with each run. A significant jog to the south could lead to a surprise significant snow for the triangle. And of course a jog north would be no or very little snow.
